I don’t usually do reviews…but DrawnStrips deserves this one.

First of all I am one of many who have looked high and low to find a program that will handle my comics and let me manage them as I see fit. I dabled with some other readers until I stubbled across this one. I must say…nothing else has compared. Not only can DrawnStrips handle any comic file I throw at it, it can convert those files into formats I can share across all my devices. It’s clean, simple, and powerful all while delivering a customizeable and easy to use platform. Now they say nothing is perfect but DrawnStrips might challenge that statement.

Now while the program blew me away, it was nothing on the customer service. Fabrice is commited to delivering the best program possible. I encounter a small bug through my use of this program. I reached out to see if it was the program or simply a short between my seat and the keyboard. Within minutes I had a response asking me to perform a few simple tests and in next to no time Fabrice had diagnosed and fixed the problem sending me on my way with a program that worked even better than before. The response time was unparalled and I have never been so blown away by that kind of service. It’s refreshing to know that a developer cares so much about their product that they would take that kind of time to solve a small insignificant problem simply to make the program that much better.

DrawnStrips is a home run.
